A Look at Hot Spot Lending

Nearly every library in the United States provides access to the internet for on-site library users, but some libraries are enabling users to take the internet to-go. Come hear about the experiences of two public libraries with their Wi-Fi hotspot lending programs. The speakers will discuss the nuts and bolts of lending Wi-Fi hotspots including: service provider information, data usage, coverage area, circulation procedures, costs, patron response, and future plans.
