Creating Video Tutorials, Diversity in Training, & Zaption: Free NTC Webinar

Join members of the National Library of Medicine Training Center (NTC) for a free, hour-long presentation that covers three teaching topics.

  1. Jessi Van Der Volgen will discuss tips and tools for creating video tutorials.
  2. Cheryl Rowan will talk about including audience culture and diversity in your training sessions.

U.S. Access Board Webinar: Protruding Objects (January 7)

The next webinar in the U.S. Access Board’s free monthly series will take place January 7 from 2:30 – 4:00 (ET) and will review requirements in the ADA and ABA Accessibility Standards for protruding objects along circulation paths. These provisions limit the protrusion of mounted and free-standing objects to prevent hazards to people with vision impairments.
