Infusing Preschool Early Literacy with STEAM, Music, and Movement

Thursday, January 14th 11:00am-1:00pm

Explore engagement tools that promote early literacy skills and bring early learning home to families. Learn about the importance of play in early learning and discover ways to infuse literacy programs with music, science, technology, art, math, and movement. Learn how the Fayetteville Free Library (FFL) provides high-quality early learning experiences to children through our innovative, research based, community-driven programs like Tinker Tots, Yoga Storytime, Signing Storytime, and Free to Be.  Participants will also explore ways to incorporate digital technology in to early learning through services and collections.
