SALS Survey Results

When to Fold ‘Em (Part 2)
The second part of Joan Frye Williams’ presentation was the ability to identify the bad signs in regards to technology.
She said that its a bad sign if you can’t explain how it contributes to improved service. Everyone should be able to explain how it improves services.Continue reading
