Please join us for a stress management and coping skills workshop presented by nationally renowned psychologist and best-selling author Patricia O’Gorman, Ph.D. Learn how to manage the daily stresses of the workplace and how to cope with difficult situations from an expert.
Participants will earn 3 contact hours for attending a workshop and will receive mileage reimbursement.
This workshop will be offered regionally on four separate dates; please try to sign up for the workshop held in your county.

June 3 – Greenwich Free Library from 10:00-1:00
June 4 –Town of Ballston Community Library from 10:00-1:00
June 10 –Hadley-Luzerne Public Library from 1:00-4:00
June 11 –Town of Indian Lake Public Library from 1:00-4:00
These workshops are geared toward front line library staff, volunteers, and library trustees at SALS member libraries. If you would like to attend or send someone from your library, please RSVP to Jill Ryder-Frederick by May 31.
