The www.DigitalLearning.org site will contain self-directed tutorials and a community of practice for people at libraries and community organizations who are working to bridge the digital divide.

The site launch coincides with the launch of the Connect2Compete EveryoneOn initiative, a 3-year national service marketing campaign that is working to ensure all Americans have the access and skills needed to get online and become digital citizens.
