Workforce Development Best Practices for Public Libraries

If you missed the The State Library sponsored webinar, “Best Practices for Delivering Workforce Development Services in Public Libraries”, the webinar has been archived here.  This was a wonderfully informative presentation with a ton of resources for libraries.  For those of you wondering where to begin with offering workforce development services at your library, Library Development has posted some best practices and a large curriculum on their website.   The curriculum includes how-to’s on job searching, resume writing, basic computer use, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, iTunes, Facebook and much more.
