  • 10:30am: What’s Next for Fundraising?
  • 11am: The Small Nonprofit Benchmark Study: 5 Insights Into How Small Nonprofits are Raising Money
Network for Good surveyed over 1,200 fundraisers and marketers about their fundraising and analyzed giving data from more than 2,800 nonprofits. We wanted to understand how small nonprofits are fundraising (with a focus online), where they can improve, and how they can grow their fundraising revenue. You’ll learn how your small nonprofit compares to others, ideas to better focus your fundraising efforts, and some simple tips to optimize your online fundraising.
  • Noon: Fundraising Through Fear and Uncertainty
Let’s be honest: fundraising takes a truckload of guts on a good day. If you’re at a loss for how to communicate with donors in this crisis, this webinar is dedicated to helping you navigate fundraising turbulent times with winning communication strategies and examples.
  • 1pm: Creating an Effective Virtual Workplace Culture
How do you encourage employee engagement, trust, and balance when the lines between work and personal life are blurred? During this session you will learn the best practices for effective collaboration and communication. These are essential skills for advancing your organization’s mission during a global crisis and helping your organization adapt and thrive. Learn practical strategies for boosting team morale, engagement, and well-being in the virtual workplace.
  • 2pm: Integrating Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity into Your Board Culture
So many boards are interested in becoming more focused on diversity, inclusion, and equity, but aren’t sure where to begin.  In this session, you will hear why this work is so important to the mission of nonprofits, current national data on nonprofit board diversity, and steps your board can take to make progress on these issues.
  • 3 – 3:30pm: Communicating with Purpose
The last few months have presented a unique challenge: how do you talk about your mission without sounding insensitive to everything else going on in the world? In this session, we’ll teach you how to communicate purposefully and thoughtfully with your donors and supporters. If you’ve ever wondered whether your communications are hitting the mark in light of the difficult spring and summer many of your supporters have experienced, this session is for you! We’ll cover the importance of storytelling, how to evaluate your existing communication language to improve social sensitivity, ideas for talking about difficult subjects in your appeals and other communications, how to stay top of mind despite social distancing, and how to create more individualized communications using segmentation.

If you’re unable to attend the entire conference, simply register and we’ll send you the materials afterwards.
