A Look at Hot Spot Lending

Come hear about the experiences of two public libraries with their Wi-Fi hotspot lending programs. The speakers will discuss the nuts and bolts of lending Wi-Fi hotspots including: service provider information, data usage, coverage area, circulation procedures, costs, patron response, and future plans. The presenters will share the benefits—and potential pitfalls—of Wi-Fi hotspot circulation applicable to public, school, and academic libraries in the region.
